Delivery Options

We make every effort to process your order within the next three working days. Sometimes, the processing of your orders may be delayed for reasons beyond our control. If the order is not processed within two working days, we will inform you via email.

[Notice*: Due to COVID currently, our logistic provider is experiencing delays in processing some of the orders. We are doing our best to get the orders to you quickly as possible]

Any delivery date or time specified by us is a best estimate only. KIDS BANDWAGON will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery.

We make every effort to keep our delivery estimates up to date; however, there may be a delay in receiving your order.

PO Boxes and Parcel Locker addresses are not eligible for delivery.

You must enter the correct delivery address details at ordering. Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the valid address at our expense.

The customer's responsibility is to inform KIDS BANDWAGON if an order does not arrive. Once we learn an order has not arrived by the due date, we will lodge enquiries with the courier to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery.

Please note: For certain delivery destination countries, you may be offered to pay customs charges, which will then be calculated when you receive your order. You acknowledge that such customs charges are set by the country of destination, and we do not manage those charges.

To add, the postal fee charged does not include possible taxes and duties, which may be applied by customs in the country where the order originated. The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be imposed, will rest with the customer. If the receiver refuses to pay these charges and the item is returned to us, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund on freight, and your item will not be re-shipped.
